The online store www.davorindolinsek.com allows the purchase of music books, collections, literary books, and CDs from our own production, which are in stock, as can be seen from the display of items on the "My publications" page. On the website www.davorindolinsek.com, you can see our selection, product information, and prices. The terms of purchase are determined in accordance with the Slovenian Consumer Protection Act (Zakon o varstvu potrošnikov)
Orders
A condition for making a purchase in the online store www.davorindolinsek.com is visitor registration. The visitor must register for the first purchase, thereby entering the customer base of Davorin Dolinšek s.p. and obtaining his username, which is the same as his email address, and a password. The user name and password indisputably determine and connect the user with the entered data. By registering, the visitor becomes a user and acquires the right to purchase. The protection of personal data is described below under a special point.
With each subsequent purchase, the user must log in to the online store with the username and password obtained during the registration, and after logging in to the online store, he can change, update and review his data in the Profile (address, e-mail address, password, etc.).
After reviewing the offer, next to the selected items, the user selects the "Buy now" option. The selected items are collected in a basket, which the user can check at any time and edit the items in it (change the quantity and/or remove them from the list). The user completes the order by clicking the "Checkout" button, where he reviews the list of selected products. In the basket, the user completes the entire purchase in 3 steps:
Step 1: the user reviews his order (list and quantity of items) and changes it at will; in the event of a quantity change, the amount in the basket is automatically recalculated. By clicking the "Checkout" button, the user continues the purchase process to step 2;
Step 2: the user enters the e-mail information, chooses the delivery method (the shipping cost will be displayed before placing the order), and enters personal information: e-mail address, (password if not yet registered), first and last name, and phone number. He must also enter account information such as first and last name, country of residence, city, post office, and address. The user also selects the method of payment (cash on delivery, bank transfer). In this step, you can also communicate a special request, enter a verification code (catchpa), and review and agree to the described purchase conditions by clicking on the confirmation button. Clicking on “Preview order” takes you to the 3rd and last step.
Step 3: The user is shown a purchase confirmation, and at the same time receives an e-mail confirming the purchase with a summary of the purchase to the e-mail associated with their user profile.
With the user's confirmation and execution of the order in the 3rd step of the purchase process, the company Davorin Dolinšek s.p. sends an email confirming his order.

The sales contract between the company Davorin Dolinšek s.p. and customers is concluded at the moment when the company Davorin Dolinšek s.p. confirms the order. From this moment on, all prices and other conditions are fixed and apply to the company Davorin Dolinšek s.p. as well as for the buyer. The buyer is the person with the information provided when placing the order. It is not possible to change customer data later. By placing an order, the buyer guarantees the accuracy of the data and at the same time confirms the terms of business and irrevocably and exclusively acknowledges and accepts them as an integral part of his order.

Material defects, complaints, and warranty
In accordance with ZVPot (Slovenian Consumer Protection Act), the company Davorin Dolinšek s.p. bears responsibility for material defects on the products.
The buyer must inform Davorin Dolinšek s.p about a potential material defect together with a precise description of it within two months from the discovery of the defect and at the same time to enable an inspection of the goods. The company Davorin Dolinšek s.p. is not responsible for material defects in the products that become apparent after the expiration of the period specified by law from the acceptance of the goods.
The right to assert a material defect in the goods is more precisely regulated by the provisions of the Slovenian Act on Consumer Protection (Zakon o varstvu potrošnikov)
In the company Davorin Dolinšek s.p. we are aware of the importance of complaints, which is why we try to solve them in the shortest possible time, to the satisfaction of both parties and in accordance with the legally valid provisions.
All complaints (return of incorrect, incomplete, or damaged goods - product) should be reported via e-mail at info@davorindolinsek.com or by phone at no. 030 676 979.
After confirmation or upon coordination with you, we will organize the pickup of the shipment via post (Pošta Slovenije) or in digital form via e-mail. Be sure to submit a copy of the original invoice in addition to the goods.
The company Davorin Dolinšek s.p. with its own service center organized at the headquarters at Glavni trg 17a, 3000 Celje, is qualified for the technical assessment of possible defects and independently decides on the resolution of complaints and the replacement of a defective product, except in cases where it is indicated otherwise.
Prices
All prices are shown in EUR. Prices and other benefits (discounts, etc.) are valid at the moment the order is placed and have no further validity. The listed prices are only valid for purchases via the online store www.davorindolinsek.com and for the payment methods listed below under the specified conditions.
The company Davorin Dolinšek s.p. reserves the right to daily changes in the prices of goods and services without prior notice.
In the event that the price information is incorrect or that the price changes during the processing of the order, the company Davorin Dolinšek s.p. allows the buyer to withdraw from the purchase.
Payment
The following payment methods are available in the online store www.davorindolinsek.com:

By placing an order in the online store, the buyer undertakes to settle the purchase price and costs upon receiving the goods in the case of the selected "cash on delivery" payment. When accepting the shipment, the buyer must sign all accompanying documents (delivery note, ...).
When you select payment "Bank account", you will receive the information for making the payment in your inbox: payment amount, transaction account, reference, and purpose of payment. In this case, you will pay for the ordered goods with a general UPN payment order (form) at a bank, post office, or through your online bank. The received invoice must be settled within 5 working days at the latest, otherwise the company Davorin Dolinšek s.p. will cancel the order.
Payment to the Bank account of the company Davorin Dolinšek s.p. is only possible as an advance payment on the basis of an invoice.
Delivery and collection
The company Davorin Dolinšek s.p. will usually deliver the ordered goods, which are in stock, within a maximum of 5 working days after receiving the order or after payment is received in the case of an advance invoice, unless otherwise indicated. Please understand that due to holidays or weekends, the shipping time may be extended. If the ordered goods are currently not in stock, we will inform you by e-mail or telephone.
Delivery is carried out in cooperation with Pošta Slovenije or another delivery service provider. If you are not at home at the time of delivery, you can pick up the ordered items in accordance with the rules of the delivery service.
Delivery of goods is possible both to addresses in Slovenia and abroad.
Shipping costs, invoice
The cost of packaging and delivery is paid for by the buyer. The cost is calculated according to the valid price list and the weight of the shipment. The shipping cost will be calculated and shown separately before the order is placed. VAT is included in the delivery price.
The costs of packaging and delivery are already calculated when purchasing in the online store www.davorindolinsek.com.
The buyer receives the goods delivered to the address in accordance with the rules of the delivery service.
Upon receipt of the delivered goods, the buyer will also receive an original invoice with all information in accordance with the terms of sale published on this page and confirmed upon placing the order.

The price and all costs related to the purchase are detailed on the invoice.

Contract withdrawal
The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract without providing a reason within 14 days of receiving the goods and send a written notice of withdrawal during this time (this applies exclusively to natural persons who acquire the item for purposes outside of their commercial activity).
In order to exercise the right to withdraw, the consumer must inform the company Davorin Dolinšek s.p., Glavni trg 17a, 3000 Celje, e-mail: info@davorindolinsek.com, phone: 030 676 979 of his decision to withdraw from this contract with an unambiguous statement (in writing by mail or e-mail).
In case of withdrawal from the contract, the consumer bears the direct costs of returning the goods.
If the consumer has already received the goods and withdraws from the contract, he must return the goods to Davorin Dolinšek s.p. as soon as possible or at the latest within 30 days from the sent message of withdrawal from the contract (purchase). The buyer must return the goods undamaged, in the same quantity, and in the original, undamaged packaging, together with all related documentation and a copy of the original invoice.
The company Davorin Dolinšek s.p. returns the purchase price within 14 days of receiving the notice of withdrawal. The company Davorin Dolinšek s.p. has the right to withhold the refund of the purchase price received until the returned goods are accepted or until the consumer provides proof that he sent the goods back.
The right to a refund in the case of warranty claims and material defects is more precisely regulated by the provisions of the Slovenian Consumer Protection Act (Zakon o varstvu potrošnikov).
Complaints and disputes
The company Davorin Dolinšek s.p. complies with applicable consumer protection legislation and will do its best to provide an effective complaint handling system.

The appeal process is confidential.

Any disputes arising from the use of the online store www.davorindolinsek.com between the customer and the company Davorin Dolinšek s.p. will primarily be resolved by mutual agreement. If this is not possible, the District Court in Celje, Slovenia is responsible for resolving disputes.

The buyer must return the goods undamaged, in the same quantity, and in the original, undamaged packaging, together with all related documentation and a copy of the original invoice.
The company Davorin Dolinšek s.p. returns the purchase price within 14 days of receiving the notice of withdrawal. The company Davorin Dolinšek s.p. has the right to withhold the refund of the purchase price received until the returned goods are accepted or until the consumer provides proof that he sent the goods back.
